GRASSINGTON COMMUNITY

It’s the happy mix of locals and “offcumd’uns”, that makes Grassington such a vibrant and lively community.

The population is only 1000, with another 1200 living in next-door Threshfield, but it hosts dozens of societies and organisations, catering for all interests. Add in the prestigious Festival, the famous Dickensian Fair, and the popular 40’s weekend, and it’s obvious this small village thinks very big!

You’ll find details of these organisations in these pages.
